Delivery

  1. Once you have placed an order on this website you will receive a confirmation email.
  2. Haggleco use external contractors who deliver furniture to the Adelaide metropolitan area only, delivery charges will apply.
  3. If you would like goods delivered outside of the metro area, or interstate please contact your closest Haggle Huge store for your delivery options.
  4. Our external contractors require 48 hours’ notice prior to booking in a delivery.
  5. You will be required in person accept delivery of your order, the courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery.
  6. If you wish to change the delivery date you will need to email info@haggleco.com.au at least 24 hours prior to the dispatch of your order to avoid a rebooking fee.
  7. If you are not available at the address specified by you when the courier delivers your goods, you will need to contact Haggleco at info@haggleco.com.au to arrange another delivery date which will then incur extra delivery charges.
  8. Our contractors are not able to offer you a delivery time frame on the day but will phone you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  9. Haggleco delivery contractors deliver to your door on the understanding they have reasonable access, if you would like the items brought inside your premises the contractors are willing to do so however, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange adequate protection for internal surfaces and flooring as neither Haggleco nor the contractors will accept liability for any damages that may be incurred at your premises or to the goods during this process.
  10. Our Contractors do not deliver goods upstairs as they are not insured to do so.
  11. Goods which are received with any faults scratches, dents or marks are to be reported to info@haggleco.com.au within 24 hours for action to be considered.
  12. Every effort will be made to deliver your goods on the delivery date requested, however if circumstances prevent your goods from being delivered Haggleco will contact you to advise you of the change.
  13. The delivery fee charged is for one delivery address only, if you require delivery to multiple addresses then you would need to order items on separate invoices and pay separate delivery charge

Warranty and Returns Policy

  1. Please choose goods carefully as you are not entitled to a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind, make a wrong decision or the product was not what you expected.
  2. You are not entitled to a refund if you found the item cheaper somewhere else.
  3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods purchased will fit into your house.
  4. Due to Haggleco’s strict hygiene regulations we do not return or exchange mattresses, ensemble bases, pillows and bedding.
  5. Please note that timber and leather are natural products and may vary in colour, finish and grain. No two timber items are the same with knot and grain variation being as nature intended, issues such as these are not considered a warranty issue.
  6. Haggle Co will repair or replace (at the manufacturer’s discretion) any product that is found to have a manufacturing defect for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to goods used for normal domestic purposes and excludes products used for commercial purposes.
  7. Australian consumer warranty does not cover fading of fabric or leather, rips, wearing, pilling, surface dents, chips, scratches or accidental damage or breakages.
  8. Damage as a result of improper assembly of self-assembled products. Damage caused by negligence, misuse or improper cleaning, wear and tear, softening of foam resulting from normal use. Discolouration of leather or fabric coverings resulting from exposure to direct sun-light, extreme heat or similar conditions is not considered a warranty issue nor is damage incurred during handling or transportation of the goods by the customer or their contractor.
  9. If you do experience a manufacturing fault with your item please email your invoice details along with a brief description of the issue to customerservice@haggleco.com.au and one of the customer service team will be in touch with you regarding your claim
  10. Your furniture may be collected by one of our contractors to be assessed by an independent assessor as determined by the product manufacturer. If the independent assessor deems the damage to be caused by accidental misuse or negligence and not a manufacturing defect they will charge you an assessment fee of $75.00. if we have arranged for our contractors to collect the furniture for inspection our contractors would charge you a $70 delivery fee to return the furniture to your home, unless of course you have made arrangements to have your goods collected.
  11. Haggle co have the right to refuse service when a product is found to be soiled or in an unsanitary condition.
