Retail Branch Manager, 2IC Manager & Retail Sales Staff for our Mt Barker store.

Haggle Co is a South Australian owned furniture retailer that has been a prominent part of the SA furniture landscape for over 15 years. We currently have 6 stores within our network and are about to open our 7th in Mount Barker, we believe in providing good quality, innovative, comfortable furniture by exceptional customer service at a value price.

What the role is:

  • A true sales role.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Processing payments through our online POS system.
  • Managing deliveries
  • Merchandising.
  • Quotes and general enquiries.
  • Following company policies and procedures
  • Some manual handling is involved within the job role

What our successful candidate will be:

  • You will be passionate – passionate about our product, passionate about customer service.
  • You will be friendly and engaging.
  • You will be a confident seller who is also able to handle customer issues
  • You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

 Essentials / desirables

  • A big smile and a positive, winning, attitude.
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in a retail environment.
  • Competent in various applications such as email, online platforms.
  • Familiar with a computerised POS system
